Welcome to the Chair of Communications Electronics!

The Chair of Communications Electronics was founded at the Faculty of Engineering Science in August 2019. The research focus of the Chair is the field of integrated circuits for high frequency and mixed-signal applications, especially for transceivers for radio transmissions and their heterointegration.The research priorities are modelling and simulation of integrated circuits, complex SiP also the characterization of designed circuits and systems.
